Land Use Law: An Overview at LII
If you haven't found it yet, the Legal Information Institute (LII) at the Cornell Law School is a terrific Web resource for court opinions, case summaries, and all kinds of information about particular areas of law. Today I stumbled on LII's Land use porthole. It provides basic information and a jumping off point for further exploration.
